House Rules
Please read and respect these rules for an enjoyable stay for everyone.
Check-in / Check-out
- • Check-in from 5:00 PM
- • Check-out before 10:00 AM
- • Quiet hours in the building: 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM
House rules
- • No pets allowed in the apartment
- • No smoking indoors — ashtray available on the balcony
- • Respect applicable laws regarding downloads and internet use
- • The locked wardrobe and cupboard on the ground floor are reserved for the owners
Consumption & Resources
- • Water, electricity and heating included in the rental price
- • Turn off radiators when airing the apartment
- • Do not leave water running unnecessarily
- • Off-peak electricity hours: 2:24 PM–3:54 PM and 12:54 AM–7:24 AM
Bedding
- • Mattresses are protected by zipped covers that must not be removed
- • Mattress protectors cover all mattresses
Waste sorting
- • Sorting is mandatory: glass, packaging, paper, general waste
- • Bins located in the car park by the ski lift
- • Composting bin available near the town hall annex (food waste)
Security deposit
- • Deposit required on arrival
- • Returned within 7 days of departure
- • Subject to no damages
Check-out instructions
- • Departure before 10:00 AM — contact the on-site manager to arrange the handover
- • Bins emptied and waste sorted
- • Dishes washed and put away
- • Fridge empty and clean
- • Equipment returned to its original place
- • Lock the French windows and lower the electric shutters
